01-daniel-durham physical therapistsNAME: Daniel A. Durham
TITLE/POSITION: Physical Therapist/Owner
WORK EXPERIENCE: Since 2003, Dan has served Mahoning and Columbiana counties with his own practice that’s founded on the belief that each patient should be treated as if he/she were a family member. He brings years of professional industry experience as a licensed physical therapist with time in home health, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities.

After graduating from Youngstown State University, Dan worked locally before working at an outpatient clinic in Cleveland with a focus on joint replacement therapy. From there, he spent time working in a nursing home position then spent more than a year with a chiropractic office before returning to the Mahoning Valley and opening Physical Therapy & Occupational Rehab Inc. in East Liverpool. In 2008, he opened a Girard office, which relocated to Austintown in 2016. In 2015, the company changed its name to Infinity Physical Therapy to better evoke the all-around service it provides.

TITLE/POSITION: Physical Therapist (PT)
Dennis is a graduate from The Ohio State University. Dennis returned to the Mahoning Valley to spend the majority of his career working with orthopedic patients and resolving pain and problems with his manual therapy background. He, like the rest of the Infinity team, believes that you cannot take the “physical” out of physical therapy and has extensive manual therapy experience which has had tremendous results during his years of practice. Dennis joined the Infinity team in 2019 bringing with him a fresh approach to pain relief called Myokinesthetic treatment or MYK. In 2018, he was certified in MYK, which focuses on muscle movement technique to correct and balance the nervous system and musculoskeletal system.  We have seen some spectacular outcomes with vertigo, vestibular dysfunction, chronic pain, acute pain and many other orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.

TITLE/POSITION: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Brandy is certified in CPR and received her education from Kent State University. She is trained in geriatrics, outpatient services, and skilled nursing.

TITLE/POSITION: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
WORK EXPERIENCE: Sara is a certified clinical instructor and holds a certification in CPR. She received her education from Kent State University and is skilled in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, including work/sport injuries and joint replacement.

07-keely-cloran physical therapistsNAME: Keely Cloran
TITLE/POSITION: Physical Therapy Aide/Office Assistant
WORK EXPERIENCE: Keely assists our physical therapists with a number of tasks and helps patients have a productive and enjoyable experience. She also is responsible for numerous clerical tasks, such as organizing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and keeping track of patients’ medical records. She also makes the best coffee in the Tri-state area.

In addition to her work at Infinity Physical Therapy, Keely is a professional photographer and floral designer, and works as an art educator for a children’s after school program. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Youngstown State University.
